Our Products

  •  Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality, and Color.
  •  We may deliver some flowers in bud to increase vase life.
  • Our flower bouquets are arranged with the highest quality, fresh-cut flowers designed to last. All flower bouquets come with care instructions to increase the freshness of your flowers.Should there be a problem with your flowers, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph may be required to support any claims.
  • Orders / Payment
  •   In order to fulfill your order, we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the site.
  • Payment Security We recommend you order online using our secure order form or by phone. If using a credit card from outside the zone the currency conversion will be done by the credit card company.


  • Delivery charges will be applicable within the specified area. 
  • Where incorrect personal and delivery details have been supplied problems or delays in delivery may result, therefore please ensure that you have included the full address details, of the intended recipient and your daytime telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems occur.
  • Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that delivery is made on the requested date you acknowledge that in very rare circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In this event, you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall refund your payment in full.
  • Where a third party is involved during delivery, such as hospitals, schools, Offices, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
  • In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.
  • In the instance of us not being able to execute delivery due to missing information, incomplete address, the order being refused by the recipient, nobody available at the address, the order will return back to our shop and we will let you know to find a solution. 
  • we will deliver your order within 4 hours , after we receive your request.


  • Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.


  • If your order was damaged during delivery or the bouquet did not arrive we guaranty full refund for the total prepaid amount. And in such incidence, FLEURINJY has the right to offer appropriate compensation as long as it can be shown that the bouquet you were charged for was not provided as it should have been, subject to verification and approval by FLEURINJY.If there is a problem with your flowers, we require notification within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to investigate. A photograph may be required to support any claims.
    •  Issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return, If a recipient refused taking the bouquet, you will not be entitled to a refund.
    • Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be at the discretion of management.
    • All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions on our flower care leaflets, then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.

Refund Period

  • Submitted and Paid orders are subject to a full refund only if the cancellation request is sent to us by mail, phone call within 30 minutes from completing the order on cards ; unless agreed and approved on other terms by fleurinjy .
  • All notices given by you to us must be given to fleurinjy  at info@fleurinjy.com or by Phone: +20225250135 / 01222369774 . We may give notice to you via the e-mail you provide to us when placing an order.
  • Notice will be deemed received and properly served within 24hrs after an e-mail is sent. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
  • we will refund your money on your card within 10 days after we received your request
